Treloyhan Manor Mews, St Ives
This was a very demanding site due to its steepness and lack of access, but what has been achieved is two beautifully designed houses that make the most of the glorious views over St Ives Bay. We were very lucky to work with amazing clients, architects and designers along the way so that we could personalise the layouts and finishes to the individual tastes and preferences required to create two amazing family homes.
TRELOWEN
Trelowen, Mylor Bridge
The first of our houses to be completed on Bells Hill, buying off plan we were able to work extremely closely with the buyers to create the finish that they wanted. A lot of the internal choices here are away from our usual theme of colours but we were extremely happy that we could work with the buyers to create a home that truly represented what they as a family wanted.
TREGILLION
Tregillion, Mylor Bridge
The second of the two stunning houses on Bells Hill is soon to be completed. The buyers again agreed to the purchase of this house before any work started on the site and so gave themselves the opportunity to work with us to choose all of their finishes making it the perfect tailor made home for themselves. Continuing our usual style with their own input has allowed for a truly impressive finished home.
HUNROSOW
Hunrosow, Budock Water, Falmouth
The first house completed on this former tennis court site, set in a wonderful wooded location with great walks down to the beaches and on the outskirts of the harbour town of Falmouth. The buyers agreed the purchase before we started on site and chose to keep with the contemporary minimalist style choices of our recent houses which allowed for a truly stunning home.
THE LAWNS
The Lawns, Budock Water, Falmouth
The second of two houses on this site was again sold before the foundations were started. We worked closely with the buyers to give them full scope to choose the internal finishes for themselves and what was created was truly beautiful and specific to what they wanted.
